What if we have a problem while we are away?

Call our office and we will make any adjustments necessary to your booking and offer as much support as we can.

How can we contact you?

All of our contact information is available on our website and on our business cards including telephone numbers and email addresses.

How will we locate our driver after the flight arrives?

Call the number on the card you were given and follow your driver’s instructions. Please wait until you have cleared customs until you call. If you do not have a business card a number will be provided on booking.

What will happen if our flight gets delayed?

We monitor all incoming flights. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be a driver waiting for you.

Can your office contact the driver while he is in the airport terminal or driving?

Yes we can contact all drivers, as every driver carries a mobile phone.
